UL-365紫外線探傷燈簡介

適用于熒光滲透檢測、熒光磁粉檢測、空調(diào)制冷劑泄漏檢測、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)潤滑油泄漏檢測、刑事等多種領(lǐng)域。UL-365采用鋰電池供電，金屬高壓放電紫外線燈泡和的高壓觸發(fā)器，UL-365紫外線探傷燈38cm處紫外線強(qiáng)度達(dá)8000uw/cm²?？焖賳?dòng)打開15秒后紫外燈即達(dá)到強(qiáng)度，可以開始使用，滿足國家滲透檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JB4730.5—2004，

三、產(chǎn)品安全功能/Product safety function:

A．開路保護(hù)功能；啟動(dòng)燈，當(dāng)輸出發(fā)生開路異狀態(tài)時(shí)，能在1秒內(nèi)停止工作，進(jìn)入保護(hù)狀態(tài)。

B．短路保護(hù)功能；啟動(dòng)著燈，當(dāng)輸出發(fā)生短路異常時(shí)，能在1秒內(nèi)停止工作，進(jìn)入保護(hù)狀態(tài)。

C．電池過充過放保護(hù)；充電過到的電壓時(shí)全自動(dòng)保護(hù)，放電達(dá)到的電壓時(shí)全自動(dòng)保護(hù)。

D．電池短路保護(hù)；當(dāng)電池正負(fù)極發(fā)生短路時(shí)，電池保護(hù)板將立即斷電，并進(jìn)入保護(hù)狀態(tài)。

四、使用方法/Uing instruction:

A．按一下開關(guān)，電筒打開、再按一下開關(guān)電筒關(guān)閉；

B．調(diào)節(jié)燈影；通過旋轉(zhuǎn)燈頭可調(diào)節(jié)光斑；

C．充電：旋開紫外線探傷燈尾蓋，取出DC電池，插上充電器充電（紅色燈亮表示正在充電，紅色轉(zhuǎn)綠色表示已充滿）。充滿后，充電器指示為綠燈，充電時(shí)間約6小時(shí)。

A． Press the switch, UV-lamp open, click on the switch UV-lamp shut;

B．Adjust light shadow:swivel the UV-lamp head can adjust the focus to best condition.

C．Charge:Swivel off the UV-lamp end and take out the battery covering with protection shell,appearing Dc changer,ａnd plug the charger(red light shows under charging,Green light shows charging full.)When full charged,the green light on.the chargetime is approximate 6 hours.

2、充、放電/Charge/discharge

A．只能用的充電器充電，充電環(huán)境：溫度0-45°C,濕度65±25％

B．請(qǐng)勿使用破損的或其他電器產(chǎn)品充電器進(jìn)行充電；

C．充電時(shí)間4-6小時(shí)，請(qǐng)不要連續(xù)充電超過24小時(shí)；使用前請(qǐng)預(yù)先充電。

A．Only can use the appointed charger,charging environment temperature is 0-45℃,humidity is 65±25％

B. Please don’t use damaged or other brａnd charger to charge.

C. Charging time is 4-6hrs,please don’t charge exceed 24hrs continuously.Please per-charge before using.

3、貯存/Storage

請(qǐng)?jiān)诘蜏亍⒏稍?、通風(fēng)良好的地方貯存電池；

Please store it in low temperature,dry and ventilated environment.

4、處置/Deposit

依據(jù)使用當(dāng)?shù)氐姆ㄒ?guī)處理廢舊電池。

Please deal with waste battery according to the local rule.

5、電池充電使用指導(dǎo)/ The battery use guidance

A. 充電電流：不能高于4000mA;

B. 充電電壓：不能高于12.8V;

C. 充電環(huán)境溫度：必須在0℃-40℃的溫度范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行充電；

6、放電環(huán)境溫度/Discharge environment temperatute:

必須在-200℃-60℃的溫度范圍內(nèi)放電使用。

8、警告/Warming

A．不要使用D型電池或其它電池代替原有電池，（為了避免危險(xiǎn)和功能影響）；

B．不要私自連接觸點(diǎn)及不要將電池用于此紫外線探傷燈以外的其它用途；

C．請(qǐng)避免碰撞和摔落；

D．長時(shí)間亮燈后，不要用手觸摸玻璃，以免燙傷手；

E．不要自行拆開或企圖自修復(fù)紫外線探傷燈，未經(jīng)的開蓋或修復(fù)，不在保修之內(nèi)；

F．為了避免污染，請(qǐng)依據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)處理廢舊電池；

G．不要將電池置于火中；

H． HID作為高壓產(chǎn)品（啟動(dòng)瞬間電壓達(dá)23KV），如果出現(xiàn)不正常情況，請(qǐng)馬上將產(chǎn)品退回修理，千萬不自修復(fù)，以免受到傷害。

I．電池不要和金屬、或?qū)щ娢锲坊旌匣熘?，?yán)禁短路。

C．Please avoid impacting and falling.

D． After long time lightining,please does not UV-lamp the glass in order to avoid scald your hands.

E． Don’t disassemble or repair UV-lamp by oneself,if open the cover or repair without authotized,it will not be under warranty.

F． In order to avoid pollution,please deal with waste battery according to local rule.

G． Don’t thr ow the battery into fire.

H． HID is a high voltage product.(starying temporary voltage approach 23KV)If it appears some abnor mal conditions,please return to us for repair right away.Inorder to avoid harm oneself,don’t repait itperson ally.

I． Iatis forbidden to short the circuit,piease prt the battery with metal or con drctor together.
