彈簧蓄能(張力)密封圈工作原理
彈簧蓄能密封圈(泛塞封)是由聚合材料密封殼和耐腐蝕的不銹鋼金屬?gòu)椈山M成。密封圈安裝在溝槽內(nèi),彈簧受壓,形成向外的張力,促使密封唇緊貼密封溝槽,由于彈簧給密封唇提供彈力,能彌補(bǔ)密封殼磨損和配合零件的偏心,由此形成從真空到低壓范圍內(nèi)的密封。另外系統(tǒng)壓力會(huì)輔助彈簧蓄能,壓力越大,密封唇與溝槽貼合的越充分,由此形成高壓密封。
密封殼是由PTFE、填充PTFE、PEEK、填充PEEK、PVDF、PPS或其它高性能的聚合材料經(jīng)機(jī)械加工制成,材料決定了彈簧蓄能密封圈適用于從-268℃到+427℃溫度范圍內(nèi),密封幾乎所有的液體、化學(xué)制品和氣體。并且可以無(wú)限貯存,不存在老化問(wèn)題。
金屬?gòu)椈捎卸喾N形式可供選擇,有O型彈簧,V型彈簧,U型彈簧,滿足不同運(yùn)動(dòng)形式的密封要求。在有些場(chǎng)合可由不同材質(zhì)的O形圈替代金屬?gòu)椈勺鰹閺椥泽w使用。

Working Principle of Spring Energized (Tension) Seal Rings
The spring energized seal ring (Variseal) consists of a polymeric seal housing and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel spring. The seal ring installed in the groove forms outward tension under spring pressure to bond the sealing lip to the sealing groove and achieves sealing ranging from vacuum to low pressure through the permanent supply of elasticity from the spring to the sealing lip to make up for wear of the seal housing and eccentricity of coordinated parts.
The seal housing is machined from PTFE, filled PTFE, PEEK, filled PEEK, PVDF, PPS or any other high performance polymeric material, which decides that the seal rings are applicable in temperature ranging from -268°C to +427°C for sealing of almost all liquids, chemicals and gases. What’s more, the seal rings can be stored for unlimited period without aging.
There are various forms of metal springs for your options, including O-shaped springs, V-shaped springs and U-shaped springs to meet sealing requirements of different movement forms. In some occasions, O-rings made of different materials may replace metal springs as elastomers.
