• 4-72C型離心通風機

  4-72C型離心式通風機可輸送空氣和其它不自燃的、對人體無害的、對鋼材無腐蝕性的氣體。氣體內不允許有粘性物質，所含塵土及硬質顆粒物不大于150mg/m3。氣體溫度不得超過80℃該風機廣泛適用于工礦企業(yè)、大型建筑物、賓館酒樓等室內通風換氣排煙。
  產(chǎn)品型式:本公司號有NO2.8、3.2、3.6、4、4.5、5、5.6、6、6.3、7.1、8、10、12十三種?？芍瞥捎倚妥笮齼煞N型式，葉輪順時針旋轉，稱為右旋風機。以“右”表示，葉輪逆時針旋轉，稱為左旋風機，以“左”表示。風機的出口位置，以機殼的出風角度表示。4-72NO2.8-10出廠時均做成多種型式，可根據(jù)使用單位要求安裝成所需的位置，即出風口位置調整范圍0°~225°間隔是22.5°或45°，即（0°、45°、90°、135°、180°、225°）共六種。NO7.1-10根據(jù)用戶需求制成一種方向角度。風機的傳動方式為C式。
  結構特點:本風機主要由葉輪、機殼、進風口、機架、軸承箱等皮帶傳動而組成。葉輪：由10個后傾斜的機翼型葉片、曲線型前盤和平板后盤組成。并經(jīng)過動平衡校正，氣動性能，故運轉平衡、振動小、效率高、壽命長等特點。機殼：用鋼板焊成蝸型殼體。進風口：制成整體（全部模具成型），裝于風機的側面，于軸向平行的戴面未曲線形狀，能使氣體順利進入葉輪，且損失較小。傳動組：由主軸、軸承箱、聯(lián)軸器等。主軸由優(yōu)質鋼制成，軸承箱整體結構，采用滾動軸承，分為水冷和油冷兩種。

Air inlet: made into a whole (all mold molding), installed on the side of the fan, the axially parallel wear surface has no curved shape, which enables the gas to smoothly enter the impeller with less loss. Transmission group: from the main shaft, bearing housing, coupling and so on. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. The overall structure of the bearing housing is made of rolling bearings and is divided into water-cooling and oil-cooling.
