球閥選型適用原則： 1、石油、天然氣的輸送主管線、需要清掃管線的，又需埋設(shè)在地下的，選用全通徑、全焊接結(jié)構(gòu)的球閥；埋設(shè)在地上的，選擇全通徑焊接連接或法蘭連接的球閥；支管，選用法蘭連接、焊接連接，全通經(jīng)或縮徑的球閥。
2、成品油的輸送管線和貯存設(shè)備，選用法蘭連接的球閥。
3、城市煤氣和天然氣的管路上，選用法蘭連接和內(nèi)螺紋連接的浮動球閥。
4、冶金系統(tǒng)中的氧氣管路系統(tǒng)中，宜選用經(jīng)過嚴格脫脂處理，法蘭連接的固定球球閥。
5、低溫介質(zhì)的管路系統(tǒng)和裝置上，宜選用加上閥蓋的低溫球閥。
6、煉油裝置的催化裂化裝置的管路系統(tǒng)上，可選用升降桿式球閥。

不銹鋼球閥組裝前和安裝所需哪些步驟

不銹鋼球閥在組裝前與組裝后都要嚴格地按照要求的步驟來完成，本文主要介紹不銹鋼球閥的零部件在組裝前必須經(jīng)過的處理過程，具體如下：

（1）根據(jù)加工要求，部分零部件需要做拋光處理，表面不能有加工毛刺等;
2)所有零部件進行脫脂處理;
3)不銹鋼球閥脫脂完成后進行酸洗鈍化(清洗劑不含磷);
4)酸洗鈍化后用純凈水沖洗干凈，不能有藥劑殘留(碳鋼部件省去此步驟);
5)逐個零部件用無紡布進行擦干，不能有線毛等留存部件表面，或者用潔凈的氮氣進行吹干;
6)用無紡布或者精密濾紙沾分析純酒精對逐個零部件進行擦拭，直至沒有臟色。

不銹鋼球閥安裝的其他要求：
1)裝配完成的不銹鋼球閥用氮氣至少吹掃1分鐘;
2)氣密試驗必須是用純凈的氮氣;
3)氣密試驗合格后進行包封，用干凈聚乙烯帽密封，聚乙烯帽使用前應(yīng)用有機溶劑浸泡，擦拭干凈;
4)然后用真空袋進行密封;
5)zui后裝箱;
6)運輸過程中要采取措施保證包封不破損。不銹鋼球閥組裝前和安裝所需哪些步驟。
