項目背景：江蘇某機加工企業(yè)生產(chǎn)機械零件，生產(chǎn)中有大量的切削乳化液使用過程。經(jīng)過多次使用后，切削乳化液廢水成成為高COD廢液。該機加工企業(yè)生產(chǎn)廢切削乳化液為40t/d。廢水乳化液有機物濃度高、濁度發(fā)黃、可生物化性較差。

　　切削乳化廢液處理工藝：隔油-破乳-油水分離-降低COD，整個過程中利用高溫分解、厭氧分解、雜質(zhì)溶解等，把廢水中油脂分解成有機物，最終溶于水中。破服處理主要通過凝聚法，利用PAC進行破乳處理。PAC溶解后電離改變廢水中乳化物的表面電荷平衡，從而破壞其穩(wěn)定性，使油水分離。PAC水解產(chǎn)生膠體吸附油珠形成礬花，再投入PAM捕集礬花產(chǎn)生大體積凝聚物，由于凝聚物主要含油其密度較小。氣浮釋放的微氣泡向上浮，在上浮過程中接觸凝聚物并附著在凝聚物表面，由于微氣泡的浮力作用加速凝聚物上浮并在氣浮池表面形成浮渣層，從而達(dá)到破乳除油。

　　項目效果：該工藝處理的切削乳化液廢水，可實現(xiàn)達(dá)標(biāo)排放效果。
