本產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用于高速鐵路橋梁通信、信號電纜槽伸縮縫處,起到保護電纜的作用。
經(jīng)現(xiàn)場調(diào)研,目前橋梁伸縮縫處采用設(shè)置止水帶、水泥抹縫、塞麻筋及使用三合板等簡單防護方式,上述方式使接縫處的信號、通信電纜暴露于自然界中,長期日曬、雨淋加速電纜老化。
同時由于站前施工粗糙,接縫處的填充物體與兩側(cè)的橋梁預(yù)制電纜槽無縫對接較差,造成橋梁接縫與預(yù)制電纜槽存在落差,當(dāng)動車組通過時產(chǎn)生震動,引起此處電纜外皮在落差處產(chǎn)生頻繁的摩擦,易使電纜外皮磨損,縮短電纜的使用壽命,不利于電務(wù)運營安全維護,有行車安全隱患。

The on-site investigation shows that at present the bridge’s expansion joints are provided with simple protection methods by using water stop tapes, cement jointing, and plywood. The above methods make the signal and communication cables at the joints exposed in the air, making cables easy to age with sunlight and rain.
At the same time, due to the rough construction, the seamless jointing of the filling objects at the joints and the prefabricated cable troughs on the two sides are poorly jointed, resulting in a gap between the bridge joints and the prefabricated cable troughs. The vibrations produced when high-speed railway trains pass by will make the cable sheath have frequent friction, which will wear out the cable sheath and shorten the service life of the cable. It is not conducive to the safe maintenance of the communication and signal operation.
