采用500萬超高分子聚乙烯制作加工而成，高耐磨，耐高溫，自潤滑，適用各種鏈條的導(dǎo)向作用；高耐磨、耐溫、精密、穩(wěn)固、無聲、環(huán)保等高精度的鏈條導(dǎo)向；采用500萬超高分子量耐磨,耐溫工程塑料"S","S1000"材料,具有經(jīng)濟,無污染特性；磨損小.摩擦阻力小；自行潤滑.(不需任何潤滑油) ；具有抗沖擊性.使用溫度范圍-200~+80℃；具有減震作用，在潮濕環(huán)境下不易受潮；具有高的抗化學(xué)性能.有抗腐蝕性。

Solid body nozzles with 9/16" UNEF thread, Products of FLUIDICS, Capacity range 0.15 to 60 gph (0.5 to 220 kg/h), capacity steps of 0.05 gph from 0.15 to 0.75 gph, for burners with and without nozzle preheater.

Spray angle 30-45-60-70-80°.
Spray pattern solid - semi solid - hollow.

Additional spray angles and patterns on request.

Return flow nozzles

Size 9, thread 9/16" UNEF, Capacity range 8 to 180 Kg/h.

Spray pattern matching the character of the burner, this size without tip shut-off needle.

Spray angle 30°-45°-50°-60°-70°, turndown ratio max 1:4.

Return flow nozzles

Size 12, thread 7/8" UNEF, Capacity 25 to 700 Kg/h.

Spray pattern matching the character of the burner, without and with shut-off needle.

Spray angle 30°-45°-50°-60°-80°, turndown ratio max 1:4.

Size 22, thread M14 x 1,5, Capacity 30 to 1.500 Kg/h.
