本系列產(chǎn)品是適用于絲網(wǎng)印刷工藝施膠，液態(tài)膠水的粘度高，硬度適中，加溫固化型液態(tài)硅橡膠，具有優(yōu)異的耐氣候老化等特性?？稍?/span>-50~+200℃度長期使用，化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好環(huán)保無毒，固化穩(wěn)定后可達(dá)到FDA食品級及檢測認(rèn)證。適用內(nèi)衣布料粘合，在粘合加溫固化后粘合布料穩(wěn)固，收縮率低，強度高，韌性好的透明膠體。用在貼身內(nèi)衣上環(huán)保安全。通過線條設(shè)計粘合在內(nèi)衣上穿著舒適，塑出好身段。

使用方法

1、清潔：用膠前將使用設(shè)備與粘膠布料清理干凈；

2、施膠：將A組份和B組份按1：1（重量比）的配比充分混合均勻。（建議使用設(shè)備混合，不用脫泡）混合不均勻會出現(xiàn)固化不或物理性能減弱。本品使用時允許的操作時間一環(huán)境溫度有關(guān)，溫度高，操作時間會減短。詳細(xì)的操作時間參考產(chǎn)品型號說明。印刷施膠效果好壞與網(wǎng)版設(shè)計，膠水粘度，設(shè)備調(diào)試等因素密切相關(guān)。請在生產(chǎn)前做好必要測試；

3、本品易被分子中含P（磷）·S（硫）·NH3（氨）元素的化合物毒化而影響產(chǎn)品的固化，使膠體中的固化劑減少影響固化，用時須注意清潔，防止混入雜質(zhì)。請在批量使用前做必要性測試。

Usage method cleaning:

儲運及注意事項

1、本產(chǎn)品應(yīng)密封儲存于干燥通風(fēng)處（5~25℃），防止雨淋及日光曝曬；

2、在正常存儲環(huán)境下儲期查看相關(guān)產(chǎn)品型號說明；

3、產(chǎn)品開土封后應(yīng)盡快用完，未用完產(chǎn)品需密封放于安全環(huán)境；

4、絲網(wǎng)印膠要注意用后清洗網(wǎng)版，未用完膠水清理好放進(jìn)密封容器內(nèi)放在-5℃的冰箱內(nèi)保存12小時，下次解凍后使用；

5、本產(chǎn)品為非危險品，可按一般化學(xué)品儲存運輸。
