■Φ450鼓輪采用水平單列式傾斜排列,所有鼓輪模座的懸臂距離較短,等伸長,剛性強度高。

■Φ450鼓輪表面噴涂碳化鎢,硬度高,耐磨性好,使用壽命長。

■拉線主機與定速輪分設單獨電機驅(qū)動,具備快速換模功能。

■雙盤連續(xù)收線,自動換盤,換盤時導線伸力不變。

■采用交直流電機驅(qū)動,起動運行平穩(wěn)。

■電機控制,選用進口的驅(qū)動器和PLC,功能齊全、性能穩(wěn)定。
