1．用途Application
dB51-60S手提式防爆白熾燈是根據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB3836-1~2-2000設(shè)計與制造。適用于爆炸性氣體環(huán)境中危險區(qū)域1區(qū)、2區(qū)，可燃性氣體、蒸氣級別ⅡA、ⅡB溫度組別T1~T4,在交流額定電壓至36V的電路中作照明用。
DB51-60S protable type explosion-proof incandescent lamp is developed according to the national standard GB 3836.1-2-2000. It is suitable in explosive gas environment with dangerous zone 1 zone、2 zone, flammability gas、steam grade ⅡA、ⅡB temperature grade T1-T4.,It is used as lighting in AC circuit with rated voltage 36V.

3．dB51-60S手提式防爆白熾燈結(jié)構(gòu)概述Structure
防爆燈外殼采用壓鑄鋁合金及鋼化玻璃罩制成隔爆型，內(nèi)部裝入白熾燈，進(jìn)線口螺紋為G3/4″，接線腔內(nèi)外設(shè)有接地螺釘。
The case of the explosion-proof lamp is made of die-casting aluminium alloy and armoured glass, fix the incandescent lamp inside, the thread of the incoming mouth is G3/4, there are earth bolt inside and outside the wiring compartment.
4．安裝使用與維修Installation and Maintenance
4.1安裝接線時，電線通過密封圈引入燈頭接線端子上，合蓋后用螺栓緊固，然后把鋼管及線盒連接牢固；
When wiring, the line is lead to the lamp base terminal through the sealing washer, and fix it with bolt, and then connect the steel tube and wiring box firmly.
4.2更換燈泡時須先斷開電源，且在燈泡冷卻后進(jìn)行；
Replacement of the lamp bulb should be carried out after the power supply is cutoff and the lamp bulb is cooled.
4.3定期檢查燈具是否完好，若需維修按GB3836有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行，若維修有困難可與制造廠。
Check the lamp regularly, and carry out maintenance according to the relative stipulation in GB3836 if it is necessary, and contact with the manufacturer if there are problems with maintenance.
