The protein adsorption capacity of the microplate plate is divided into three levels:
Low adsorption: preferentially binds molecules (lipids, lipoproteins, macroproteins) containing significant hydrophobic regions
Medium adsorption: binding of biomolecules with hydrophilic/hydrophobic properties (medium to large proteins, immunoglobulins, albumin)
High adsorption: preferentially binds biomolecules with hydrophilic/hydrophobic properties (small to large proteins, immunoglobulins, albumin LPS, proteins)
This series of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay plates are made of high-purity materials and injection molded with precision grinding tools, with excellent uniformity. Detachable design, convenient for disassembly and installation. Enzymatic plates with different adsorption capacities can be selected based on the molecular weight and hydrophobicity of proteins: high adsorption enzyme plates have high adsorption capacity for antibodies or antigens with molecular weight greater than 50kDa; Medium adsorption enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate with low non-specific adsorption and lower background. Different colors are also selected based on the detection method, including transparent colorimetric detection, white luminescent detection, and black fluorescent detection.
