軸套是指螺旋槳軸或艉軸上的套筒。而軸承是在機(jī)械傳動過程中起固定和減小載荷摩擦系數(shù)的部件。
軸套和軸承的相同之處是兩者都承受軸的載荷。
而兩者的不同之處是軸套是整體結(jié)構(gòu)的,轉(zhuǎn)動時(shí)是軸和軸套之間相對運(yùn)動;而軸承是分體式的,轉(zhuǎn)動時(shí)是軸承自身內(nèi)外圈相對運(yùn)動。但是從本質(zhì)上來說,軸套其實(shí)就是滑動軸承的一種。
軸瓦相當(dāng)于滑動軸承的外環(huán),軸套是整體的,并且相對軸是運(yùn)動的,而軸瓦有的是分片的,相對軸是旋轉(zhuǎn)的。
在LEGO Mindstorms 系列與BioTrans RoSys系列機(jī)器人組件中軸套特指銀灰色的樂高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸固定器,分全軸套和1/2軸套兩種。

A bushing is a sleeve on a propeller shaft or a yoke shaft. The bearing is a component that fixes and reduces the friction coefficient of the load during the mechanical transmission process.
The same thing about bushings and bearings is that both bear the load on the shaft.
The difference between the two is that the sleeve is of integral structure, and the relative movement between the shaft and the sleeve is when rotating; and the bearing is split, and the inner and outer rings of the bearing are relatively moved when rotating. But in essence, the bushing is actually a kind of sliding bearing.
The bearing pad is equivalent to the outer ring of the sliding bearing, the bushing is integral and the opposite axis is moving, while the bearing bush is segmented and the opposite axis is rotating.
