The acid mist exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower by the air duct, and passes through the packing layer. The exhaust gas and the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid are fully contacted by the gas-liquid two-phase to absorb the neutralization reaction, and the acid mist exhaust gas is purified, and then dehydrated and defogged by the defogging plate. The fan is discharged into the atmosphere. After the bottom of the tower is pressurized by the water pump, the absorption liquid is sprayed on the top of the tower, and finally returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets the emission requirements of local emission standards in Guangdong Province and is lower than the national emission standard.
